WICHITA, Kan. (AP) — Fred VanVleet had 13 points and added four assists and four steals to help lead Wichita State to its ninth straight win, a dominating 88-54 victory over Bradley on Saturday.The Shockers made 30 of 61 shots from the floor while limiting Bradley to 44 percent shooting. The Braves made only 18 field goals while committing 20 turnovers.
The Shockers had a 25-12 run to finish out the first half and took a 44-21 lead into the break. They charged out to take a 65-29 lead in the second half and coasted to the win.
Ron Baker had 12 points and Markis McDuffie and Shaquille Morris added 10 apiece for Wichita State (14-5, 8-0 Missouri Valley), which sits alone atop the conference standings.
Ronnie Suggs had 14 points and Luuk van Bree had 13 and seven rebounds for Bradley (3-18, 1-7), which has lost eight of its last nine games.
