Police responded to a residential burglary call Friday afternoon in the 1500 block of Dee Ann Drive.
The homeowner told police that three guns and around $3,000 in cash was believed to have been taken from the residence.
A 22-caliber rifle, 9-mm pistol and a 20-gauge shotgun were among the guns taken.
Police noted signs of damage on a back door and on a safe that were both pried open with some sort of tool.
A number of rooms were reported ransacked, a refrigerator was open and unplugged and a furnace door was removed as well.
According to a police report, authorities received information about a possible suspect, though no one is currently in custody. Investigation is ongoing.
