Early this morning, police found seven marijuana plants in a home on Sumner St. while searching for a Galesburg man who fled from them.

Pending charges have been filed against 23-year-old Jared Yard. The charges include production of cannabis plants, resisting and obstructing a peace officer, driving on a revoked license and failure to signal.
