At the Metamora Invitational on Saturday it was Riverdale taking the top spot – shooting a 311.
Peoria Notre Dame was 2nd with a 314, and Peoria Richwoods 3rd shooting a 324. Galesburg claimed 10th with a 343.
The top individual scorer was Anthony Rousey of Riverdale who shot a 70, while Galesburg’s Lucas Watson tied for 9th with 79.
Owen Hawkins and Justin Endthoff both shot an 86, Luke Bradburn a 91, while Jacob Young shot a 93, and Grant Foster a 111.
VOLLEYBALL
At the West Central Invitational Volleyball Tournament on Saturday it was United defeating Rockridge for the championship 25-16, 25-13.
Knoxville were the consolation winners, defeating West Central 25-16, 25-13.
Knoxville’s Lauren Kavanagh, Katie Hummel, Shelby Shreeves, and Emily Lenz were named to the All-Tournament team.
