The Galesburg High school Silver Streak girls basketball team had another big night as they were able to rout Metamora 52 -34 in 2017’s Thanksgiving Tournament. Four GHS players finished with double digit points, Daija Range had only one point but manages to snatch up nine rebounds, and Yvonne Mixon was our Dave’s Autobody Crunch-Time Player of the Game for her excellent performance verse Metamora. The GHS girls next game will be a double header on Saturday and we will have live coverage of both those games here on 93.7 FM and 1400 AM WGIL.
