Knoxville District 202 is hosting a fundraising event to support the construction of a new press box at their baseball diamond. Baseball Hall of Famer, former Chicago Cub, Andre Dawson will be available for pictures and autographs. Superintendent Steve Wilder joined Tom Meredith on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to discuss that event along with some other things going on in the district. We also talked about the State of Illinois funding issues and proposals.
