Another new business will be opening soon here in Galesburg. The Knox County Brewing Co. is the brainchild of entrepreneurs couple Matthew and Sarah Hansen. Their goal is to run a good business but to be an even better steward to the community. A portion of all their sales will benefit a local charity. Matthew & Sarah joined Tom Meredith on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about the new venture.
