A single-vehicle crash was reported in Warren County Tuesday morning.
At approximately 10:45 a.m., a 2015 Nissan Van was traveling westbound on 120 Avenue near 105th street between Berwick and Highway 67.
According to a release by the Illinois State Police, due to a snow-packed road and traveling too fast for conditions, the driver, 26-year old Nathan Philip Perkins of Davenport lost control and struck a concrete bridge.
The vehicle rolled over onto the passenger side and came to rest in the north ditch.
Perkins, who was wearing a seatbelt was transported to OSF Holy Family in Monmouth via Roseville Ambulance with minor injuries.
Responding were the Warren County Sheriff Department, Roseville Fire and Rescue, Roseville Ambulance, Abingdon Fire and Rescue and GHAS.
No charges have been filed.
