Twelve-year-old Lucy Kuelper was so concerned that her dad John — an Illinois State Trooper — may not make it home from work some day, that she started a viral campaign.  The campaign, using the hashtags #MoveOver and #MoveOverFor, was started after several Illinois State Troopers had been killed in the line of duty this year by motorists who violated “Scott’s Law” — motorists who did not slow down and move over on the highway for emergency vehicles stopped with their lights flashing.  Kuelper and her mother Jessica talk about the viral campaign with Will Stevenson on Galesburg’s Evening News.
