The Galesburg Youth Athletic Club is hosting their annual big fundraising event on May 4 at the Galesburg Knights of Columbus. The GYAC is not only involved in mentoring youth in the community but they also have a certified “Rock Steady Boxing” program to benefit people suffering from Parkinson’s disease. GYAC director Carlos Duncan, Rich Norton and his mother Sarah joined Tom Meredith on “Galesburg’s Morning News” to talk about Rock Steady, the GYAC and the fundraising event.
