A November pretrial conference has been scheduled for a Little York man accused of striking a pedestrian in August and leaving the scene.
48-year-old Jeremei K. Jackson waived his preliminary hearing yesterday afternoon in Warren County Circuit Court.
Jackson is charged with a Class 2 felony count of Failure to Report an Accident with Injury and Class 4 charge of Accident causing Injury or Death.
Jackson is represented by Attorney Steven Glasgow.
His next trial date is November 13th
