Churchill Junior High and Lombard Middle Schools in Galesburg have been fine-tuning a process for the last year a method for students to, safely and anonymously if needed, report instances of bullying or other mental health problems, among other concerns the students may have. It’s called “A.C.T. (Acknowledge. Care.
