District 205 creates new method for reporting bullying and mental health issues

Churchill Junior High and Lombard Middle Schools in Galesburg have been fine-tuning a process for the last year a method for students to, safely and anonymously if needed, report instances of bullying or other mental health problems, among other concerns the students may have.  It’s called “A.C.T. (Acknowledge. Care. Tell.).”  Nick Young, Lombard principal, Matt Lingafelter, Churchill assistant principal, and Sara Bates, counselor, talk about it with Will Stevenson on Galesburg’s Evening News.
