13 Teens Arrested for Alleged Vandalism at Cuba High School
Sheriffs Deputies in Fulton County have arrested thirteen teenagers in connection to acts of suspected vandalism that occurred at Cuba High School this week.

Deputies say graffiti was administered to the gym walls and floors sometime during the overnight hours Monday night into Tuesday morning. They say it was also discovered that multiple fire extinguishers were discharged.

A press release issued by the Fulton County Sheriffs Department indicates five teens were arrested around 3:30 am Tuesday for illegal consumption of alcohol in the area shortly after allegedly vandalizing the school. But, Deputies says, those patrolman were unaware of any criminal damage being committed.

Those minors arrested for consuming alcohol illegally are 19-year-old Zachary Rilea, of Canton, 18-year-old Tiffany Deakin, of Cuba, and three juveniles. Their pending charges were later upgraded.

Upon further investigation later that morning, Authorities say eight other teens were arrested for Criminal Trespassing and Criminal Damage to Property. These include 20-year-old Scylor McMillan, of Cuba, 19-year-olds Dylan Bailey, Zachary Ross, and Dylan Yocum-- all of Cuba, and 18-year-olds Grace Keller and Brenton Rhoades-- of Fiatt and Smithfield. Identical charges are also pending for two other juveniles.

All thirteen teens are awaiting further court hearings.
