Vice President Campaigns in Burlington
The Vice President of the United States wasn't too far from the Galesburg area Monday, riling up voters along the Mississippi River.

Joe Biden told about six-hundred people at the Port of Burlington that President Obama isn't the one that's out of touch -- Mitt Romney is -- especially when it comes to the middle class.

"Massive tax cuts for the very wealthy. Shed reasonable regulations on Wall Street and the big banks let the insurance, health insurance companies once again set the rules regarding per-existing conditions, life time limits. Ladies and Gentlemen we know how that movie ends, it ends in decimation of the middle class."

Biden says Obama will work toward creating a million manufacturing jobs if elected and call for more math and science teachers among other things.

Biden claims Obama will continue an aggressive effort calling out China and their unfair trade practices, calling Romney's plan "laughable."
