John Sullivan Tours the Sustainable Business Center
There are only two in the country, but that doesn't prevent the Sustainable Business Center in Galesburg from recruiting entrepreneurs to the area.

The 88-thousand square foot facility has acted as an incubator for entrepreneurs using a sustainable business model.

Incubator Director Eric Dilt says they needed the exposure.

"Sustainability is part of the future, we're very excited about it and we just want to shine some light on some of the wonderful things that we're doing. But sustainability creates jobs and creates economic development for the region and so we're looking at it from an environmental stand point, but we're also looking at it from an economic development stand point and we just want to make the Senators aware and the community be aware."

State Senator John Sullivan and Mayor Sal Garza were present for the tour.

Sullivan says it's great to see local resources helping local entrepreneurs develop green technology.
