Bringing Leadership to Galesburg
Being a strong leader is something everyone strives to be and up until about 2010 Leadership Greater Galesburg offered people programs to becoming great leaders.

After two years Leadership Greater Galesburg is back with a revamped program that will better suite peoples busy work schedules.

President of Leadership Greater Galesburg Sandy Banks tells the WGIL Morning New's how the new program works

"We will have four sessions through the year. They will all be half day sessions but the following three sessions after the first of the year will be two speakers each session and you may pick and choose the sessions you want to attend you don't have to attend all four. So if something speaks to you, session number three for example then you can attend that session."

Banks says they noticed people couldn't make an all day commitment anymore.

People couldn't afford to be off work.

The first session is October 26.
