Northern Iowa Beats Bradley
PEORIA, Ill. (AP) -- Marc Sonnen scored 15 points and Northern Iowa held on to beat Bradley 68-65 on Sunday.

Matt Bohannon and Jake Koch scored 14 points apiece and Anthony James added 10 points for the Panthers (14-11, 7-6 Missouri Valley).

Northern Iowa led 37-18 at halftime. Bradley shot 66 percent in the second half but couldn't overtake Northern Iowa. The Braves came within 66-65 with 15 seconds to play, but Koch made two free throws to complete the scoring.

Dyricus Simms-Edwards scored a career-high 32 points for the Braves (14-11, 6-7), hitting his five 3-pointers in the second half. Walt Lemon Jr. had 18 points and nine rebounds for Bradley.

Northern Iowa shot 42 percent for the game while Bradley made 46 percent of its shots.
