Shanahan Protigis Meet as Bears Host Redskins

CHICAGO (AP) -- Mike Shanahan is about to get a close look at past and present protigis. With Jay Cutler and the Chicago Bears hosting Robert Griffin III and the Washington Redskins in a preseason game on Saturday, it figured that the two quarterbacks would be a topic of conversation this week. Cutler played for Shanahan and Griffin is starting his first season under the veteran coach. Griffin is being handed the keys right from the start after Washington took the Heisman Trophy winner with the second pick in the draft. Cutler had to wait to get behind the wheel in Denver, but he quickly made an impression.
