Monmouth College Hosts Talk on Persian Gulf
After its initial session was cancelled due to the weather, Monmouth College's Great Decisions program will begin its 30th year on Jan. 27 with a program titled "The Persian Gulf."

Steve Bloomer, a retired colonel who served full-time in the National Guard for 22 years and is now a senior development officer for the college, will introduce the topic at 7:30 p.m. in the Tartan Room of the college's Stockdale Center. Following his opening remarks, there will be approximately one hour of group discussion.

Great Decisions is a nationwide program sponsored by the Foreign Policy Association, a non-partisan, non-governmental association that works to increase Americans’ understanding of significant foreign policy issues.

For more information about Great Decisions at Monmouth College, contact Ira Smolensky at 309-457-2102 or Mohsin Masood at 309-457-2113.
