Political Reform Group Touts Web Site
Food for thought -- or for voting. That's what the Illinois Campaign for Political Reform is offering on its Web site. ICPR deputy director David Morrison says his group has just updated the campaign finance records portion of the Web site, which now offers copies of candidates' economic interest statements.

Morrison says currently, those statements are tough to find at the Illinois Secretary of State's office, and says the ICPR cleans up the data from the Illinois State Board of Elections, which give his Web site a "one-stop shopping" allure. Numbers are updated daily. He expects a lot of visitors this weekend, because the site always logs a spike on the weekend before an election.
