2 Teens Die After Truck Collides With School Bus
CARLOCK, Ill. (AP) -- Two teens have died after the truck they were in collided with a school bus carrying a high school basketball team to a tournament.

McLean County Coroner Beth Kimmerling says an 18-year-old male and a 17-year-old female died after the crash Saturday morning. Their names haven't been released.

Two others in the truck were also injured.

Eight members of the Tremont High School girls basketball team and an adult were hospitalized after the accident. Their injuries weren't believed to be life-threatening.

Kimmerling tells the (Bloomington) Pantagraph that the truck crossed into oncoming traffic and hit a semi-tractor trailer before being hit by the school bus on Interstate 74.

The accident closed the highway in both directions.

The team was on its way to play Heyworth in the McLean County Tournament.
