Pizza Chain Papa John's Offers Super Bowl Giveaway
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) -- Papa John's is offering a chance to score free pizzas on Super Bowl Sunday in a giveaway aimed at boosting its online ordering business.

The company says it will give away free pizzas every 45 seconds on game day. Every Papa John's customer placing an online order will be eligible to win a free $45 Papa John's gift card.

Papa John's said Thursday that the giveaway will begin at 10 a.m. EST on Feb. 6 and run through the Super Bowl that night. Customers can also register for the giveaway at the company's website.

Super Bowl Sunday ranks as one of the busiest sales day of the year in the highly competitive pizza industry.
