Three of Six Suspected Robbers in Court
Three of the six men suspected of an armed robbery in Galesburg were in court Wednesday.

17 year old Seville Boyd of Galesburg and 18 year old JeKorey Green of Detroit, Michigan both entered not guilty pleas during their arraignments in Knox County Circuit Court.

Boyd and Green are charged with armed robbery accountability for the December robbery of Grand Liquors in Galesburg.

21 year Bryan Vann of Galesburg was in court as well, but his public defender filed a motion for a substitution of judge. Judge James Stewart granted the motion but a new judge has yet to be assigned so Vann's arraignment will take place at a later date.

Vann faces more serious charges of possession of a firearm by a felon, conspiracy to commit armed robbery and solicitation.

Three others: 17 year old Shane Tatum, 20 year Albert Prater both of Skokie, and 20 year Searcy Boyd of Galesburg were arrested and face charges in the Grand Liquors robbery will make court appearance Thursday morning.

All were arrested at Vann's West Berrien Street home after investigations by police who believe the men may be responsible for some of the other 18 armed robberies last year.
