International Buffet to Jump Start Knox's I-Fair
A week-long celebration of Knox College's diverse student body will conclude Saturday with the International Buffet to kick off the 31st Annual I-Fair.

International Fair begins at 11am with the lunch buffet inside the Seymour Union.

Li Ann Marco is a junior Asian Studies major from the Philippines. She tells the WGIL Morning News the menu tomorrow is going to feature a bit of everything.

"We have Cuban fried beef, and Korean kalbi," she said. "And then we have a German club, which sounds really interesting, it's basically pan fried potatoes, but with their own mix."

"So the food menu should be very good this year."

Lunch is priced at $6, but the public is free to roam the other cultural events at the Ford Center afterward at no charge.

These include international booth viewing, a flag parade, and student performances.

The theme for tomorrows I-Fair is "Growing up International." According to Knox College, 16-percent of this years incoming class is from outside U-S borders.
