Carl Sandburg College Looks at Space
Just where everything should be continues to be something Carl Sandburg College continues to look at.

C-S-C president Lori Sundburg says just within the last year, several programs switched locations in Galesburg, including the move of adult literacy classes to Sandburg Mall, as ways of making things better for students.

But, Sundberg tells the WGIL Morning News the movement on and off-campus likely won't stop there.

"We probably will look at some other things as well going forward because we're still trying to figure out space and how to allocate resources according to need on campus," Sundberg said.

But that's not all the movement going on relating to C-S-C. It's not a college-owned project, but Sundberg says she recently heard from the developer of the new student housing complex at the site of the former Regency hotel on North Henderson Street.

Sundberg says there have been some construction delays in regards to "The Villas at C-S-C," but crews are ready to go now.

The Villas are still expected to be open in time for the fall semester.
