Testimony Continues at Peterson Hearing
JOLIET, Ill. (AP) -- Prosecutors are not saying who they have left to call as witnesses in a pretrial hearing for former Bolingbrook police sergeant Drew Peterson.

Prosecutors have called about 40 of an expected 60 witnesses in more than two weeks of the hearing, which is to determine what 'hearsay' evidence a judge will allow when Peterson stands trial in the death of his third wife, Kathleen Savio. Peterson has pleaded not guilty.

The hearing is expected to continue on Thursday. As in previous days, defense attorneys won't know who will testify until prosecutors announce their names.

So far, witnesses have testified about Savio's 2004 death and the 2007 disappearance of Peterson's fourth wife, Stacy Peterson even though Drew Peterson hasn't been charged in that case.
