Man Accused of Having Mobile Meth Lab Pleads Not Guilty
A Galesburg man accused of having a mobile methamphetamine lab in his car last month has pleaded not guilty.

Knox County Circuit Court records indicate 20-year old Tyler Albright pleaded not guilty Thursday during an arraignment hearing to felony charges of Unlawful Participation in Meth Production, Possession of Meth-Manufacturing Materials, Possession of Anhydrous Ammonia, Possession of Anhydrous Ammonia in an Unauthorized Container, and Possession of Meth.

Albright was arrested January 4th during a traffic stop in the parking lot across from the WGIL Studios on East Simmons Street.

Police reports indicate pseudoephedrine pills and some finished meth were found in Albright's possession, but that he alerted them to containers of anhydrous ammonia that were found in the trunk.

The Illinois State Police Meth Response Team aided in the arrest and discovery of the alleged drugs.

Albright will next be in court March 5th. If convicted on the most serious charges, Albright could face as much as 30 years in prison.
