Authorities in Kewanee are turning to the public for help in their search for a missing woman.

Emergency Management officials issued a bulletin about 9:00 Tuesday morning that said the last person who talked to the unnamed missing woman said she was near water and stuck. No location was given.

Authorities say the woman is 52-years old. They described her as having brown hair and hazel eyes, 5-feet tall and 160 pounds. There was no mention of what she was wearing.

The woman's vehicle is a 1994 Green G-M-C Jimmy 4-Door with Illinois license plate 5, 1, 2, 1, 6, 0, 3. Anyone who sees a person matching this description should contact the Kewanee Police Department at (309) 853-1911.
