| WEB EXTRA: Proposed Cuts in Quinn's Budget |
(AP) -- Gov. Pat Quinn's proposed budget would give more money to some state agencies, including those serving veterans and children, while cutting spending in others, including the state police and an agency that serves the elderly.
Here's a look at some of the major agencies, the amount they're getting this fiscal year, what Quinn is proposing for fiscal 2011 and the percentage change. The amounts include federal funds administered by the state.
