Harvey Man Arrested After Drugs Found in Sandwich
MACOMB, Ill. (AP) -- Authorities have found just more than 24 grams of crack cocaine hidden between layers of a sandwich discarded by a suburban Chicago man.

WJEQ-FM radio in Macomb reports that 28-year-old Devon Harris of Harvey was traveling from Chicago to Macomb on Amtrak. He arrived in Macomb and was approached by police. That's when officials say Harris threw a bag into a trash can.

Police searched the bag and found the drugs in baggies between sandwich layers. Harris was arrested and charged Wednesday with felony drug counts.

Harris does not have a phone number listed in Harvey.
