Higher Prices For Gas?
The price of gasoline, already high for this time of year, is getting higher.

The Illinois average for February is 3.26 which is up four cents over the last month and fifty seven cents a year ago, according to the survey from the triple A Chicago Motor Club.

Triple A spokeswoman Beth Moser says that short term, the prices are still rising, with Libya not the only hot spot in the Middle East.

"There is some tension going on in Berain, Iran, they are making some news in the Suez Canal, which a major thoroughfare for oil, so all of this combined has put pressure on the oil prices."

Crude oil is now trading around 100 dollars per barrel.
