Driver in November's Triple-Fatal Indicted
The driver of a vehicle that crashed and killed three Stark County High School students in November has been indicted by a grand jury.

Sheriff's Deputies say on Thursday a Henry County Grand Jury indicted 19-year-old Morgan Blakey, of Toulon, for reckless homicide and aggravated driving under the influence. He turned himself in that same night.

Blakey was behind the wheel of a sports utility vehicle on November 29th that lost control south of Kewanee on 2700 East. Reports indicate Blakey was allegedly huffing from an aerosol can and passed out prior to losing control.

15-year-old Kelsey Clifford, 16-year-old Levi Berg, and 18-year-old Bradley Wood all died from injuries sustained in the crash. 16-year-old Theodore Fritch survived.

If convicted, Blakey faces a maximum of 33 years in prison. Deputies say he's currently being held on $100,000 bond in Henry County Jail.
