Petersen Healthcare Buys Roseville Country Manor
FIRST REPORTED 6:00am 4/2/10 A Peoria-based businessman is expanding his footprint in the area -- and, specifically, Warren County.

A statement issued by Petersen Healthcare indicates the company has purchased Roseville Country Manor as of Thursday.

The statement indicates the purchase is effective immediately, and the name will be changed to Roseville Rehabilitation and Health Care.

Petersen Healthcare president Mark Peterson says in the statement that the purchase fits the company's philosophy, and that all services will continue to be offered as normal.

Peterson says the 75 full and part-time people employed at the home will remain employed there, however, some responsibilities may be restructured along with some policies and procedures.

The now-former Roseville Country Manor has 99 beds, and is part of a company that owns both Courtyard Estates and Legacy Estates in Monmouth, Marigold in Galesburg, and other facilities in Kewanee, Galva, and Prairie City among others.
