Emanuel Not Subpoenaed in Blago Case
CHICAGO (AP) -- White House Chief of Staff Rahm Emanuel says he hasn't been subpoenaed to testify at ousted Gov. Rod Blagojevich's upcoming corruption trial.

Emanuel talked to reporters Tuesday after serving as a panelist at the Richard J. Daley Global Cities Forum in Chicago. Emanuel didn't say anything more about the Blagojevich case.

Last week, U.S Sen. Dick Durbin said he's been subpoenaed by Blagojevich's defense attorneys. And those attorneys are also trying to subpoena President Barack Obama.

Blagojevich has pleaded not guilty to charges that accuse him of trying to sell or trade Obama's old U.S. Senate seat. His trial is set to begin in June.
