Crack Cocaine Seized from East Fourth Street Home
The home of a 32-year-old Galesburg man turned up crack cocaine during a search by Galesburg Police Thursday morning.

Police say Travis Williams was in possession of nineteen grams of crack cocaine and an additional gram of powder cocaine. The search warrant was executed at about 6:30 am Thursday at 813 East Fourth Street. According to a news release, the authorities had targeted Williams's home because of investigations over suspicions for illegal drug activity being conducted there.

Williams is facing charges for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, 15-100 grams, and Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance with the Intent to Deliver, 15-100 grams.

He's awaiting his initial court appearance while being held in Knox County Jail.
