Jury in Chicago Terror Trial Resumes Deliberation
CHICAGO (AP) -- Jurors in the trial of a Chicago businessman charged in the deadly 2008 Mumbai terrorist attacks have begun their second day of deliberations.

The 12-member jury reported to court Thursday morning. Their names won't be released publicly, even after a verdict in the high-profile terrorism trial.

Prosecutors allege Tahawwur Rana provided cover for David Headley, who pleaded guilty to scouting sites for the attack that left more than 160 people dead. Headley testified as the government's star witness at Rana's trial, saying he took orders from Pakistani intelligence and a Pakistani militant organization.

The case is being closely watched amid suspicions that Pakistan's government may have been protecting Osama bin Laden before the al-Qaida leader's killing by U.S. forces. Pakistan denies the allegations.
