Illinois State Fair Concert Ticket to Go on Sale
SPRINGFIELD, Ill. (AP) -- Tickets go on sale this weekend for this year's Illinois State Fair concerts, and the lineup includes some big names. Comedian Jeff Dunham, rapper MC Hammer and country performers Lady Antebellum are among the scheduled acts.

Other featured performers include 3 Doors Down, the Oak Ridge Boys, Larry Gatlin and the Gatlin Brothers, 38 Special and Boyz II Men.

State Fair Manager Amy Bliefnick says this year's lineup is ``appealing and very diverse.''

The Grandstand box office on the fairgrounds in Springfield is open from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday. After that, it'll be open weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tickets also can be purchased through Ticketmaster. The fair will run Aug. 12-21 at the State Fairgrounds in Springfield.
