Motorcycle Driver Dead Following Warren County Accident
A Warren County Man is dead after an oncoming car apparently didn't see the man's motorcycle Wednesday evening.

State Police in Macomb say the crash happened around 6:40pm Wednesday on 210th Avenue at 58th Street northwest of Monmouth.

They say a car driven by 19-year old Matthew Grubb of Little York made a left turn but did not yield to the oncoming motorcycle driven by 26-year old Matthew Gibbs of Little York.

Troopers say Grubb's car attempted to swerve and avoid hitting Gibbs, but instead the two vehicles collided and Gibbs was ejected.

Gibbs was transported to a Peoria hospital with a serious leg injury but he was pronounced dead there around 10pm.

Grubb was issued a citation in the crash. He and two others males in the vehicle were not injured, and damage to their vehicle was described as minor.
