Galesburg Woman Pleads Not Guilty to Felony Drug Charges
A 31-year-old Galesburg woman pled not guilty Monday morning to felony drug charges stemming from a March raid of her home.

According to Knox County Circuit Court records, Stephanie Foster made the plea through Public Defender Dan O'Brien. Circuit Judge James Stewart also granted her request for a Jury Trial and scheduled a Pre-Trial Conference for September fourth. Court documents show Foster's right to a Preliminary Hearing was waived Monday as well.

Law Enforcement officials with several different agencies discovered suspected heroin and cannabis at her Florence Avenue residence March 30th. Foster was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Cannabis, 30 to 500 grams-- both Class-Four Felonies.

Also arrested in the incident was 26-year-old Josh Foster and 22-year-old Blake Johnson, of Rio. Both have already pleaded not guilty to drug charges. Josh Foster's case is set for a Jury Trial next Monday, and Johnson will next be in court for a Pre-Trial Conference June 27th.

Of the three, Stephanie Foster is the only one out of Jail on bond.
