Vehicle Rolls on Side at Academy & South Streets
Galesburg Police are still piecing together an accident Saturday morning at the intersection of Academy and South Streets that appears to have injured at least one person.

Officers and paramedics were sent to the location, in front of the Quick Sam's Convenience store, around 7:45 a-m. One vehicle, a minivan, was in the middle of the intersection on its side. Police were questioning several people trying to figure out how the mishap occurred.

It appears a woman suffered minor injuries, although the crash report is incomplete. Officers blocked off part of Academy Street and members of the Galesburg Fire Department were cleaning up debris from the scene as of 8 a-m.
