Quinn: Obama Health Care Reform "On the Right Track"
CHICAGO (AP) -- Gov. Pat Quinn is offering some words of encouragement to President Barack Obama, who's in the middle of a fight over health care reform.

Quinn said Tuesday that the former Illinois senator is on the right track. And he urged Obama not to yield to the powerful lobbies and special-interest groups that don't want change.

Obama is struggling to gain support for a massive health care overhaul that's sparked an uproar of debate with opponents, including Republicans, lambasting the program.

Quinn says it's time health care reform happened in this country.

The Illinois governor calls "decent health care" for everyone a right and not a privilege.
