Blago Juror: Prosecutors Need to "Slow Down" in Re-Trial
ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. (AP) -- A juror in the trial of Rod Blagojevich says federal prosecutors should "slow down" when giving their closing argument if there is a retrial.

Ralph Schindler said Thursday jurors had trouble putting together cohesive notes of the prosecution's closing argument because the attorneys moved too quickly at the end.

Schindler was among 11 jurors who wanted to convict Blagojevich on many corruption charges. He says consistent witness testimony and hearing the tapes contributed most to his decision.

Schindler also says the defense's histrionics were "distracting."

Of the 12 jurors, at least half have talked with reporters. Several have declined to comment through family members. Only two -- both suburban Chicago women -- haven't been seen or heard from.
