Fulton County Man Arrested for Suspected Drug Death
A woman is dead and a man has been arrested in Fulton County.

The Lewistown Police Department, Thursdsay, arrested 38-year old Jeremy Settles in connection to the drug death 18-year old Rebecca Chambers.

According to a press release, Settles is accused of providing and injecting Chambers with the heroin that lead to her death.

The exchange allegedly occurred June 28th of this year.

Settles is being held in the Fulton County Jail on $500,000 bond.

He faces a class-X felony charge of drug induced homicide which can carry a penalty of six to 30 years in prison if convicted.

A court hearing is scheduled Friday afternoon for Settles.
