Armed Pizza Robbery Suspect in Court
A pretrial conference is set for the man accused of robbing a pizza delivery man at gunpoint.

19-year old London Golden of Galesburg is accused of armed robbery for the June incident, he was arrested July 12th.

Golden appeared in court Monday for a preliminary hearing to determine whether probable cause exists in the case.

Officer Brad Cirimotich, an investigator with the Galesburg Police Department, testified during the hearing.

He said Golden was identified in a photo line-up with one-hundred percent certainty by the victim.

Judge Paul Mangeri determined probable cause was apparent.

Golden's public defender Jim Harrell requested a jury trial and entered a plea of not guilty on behalf of his client.

A pretrial conference for the case is scheduled for September 7th.

Golden is being held in the Knox County Jail.
