Questions Rise about Blagojevich's Court Future
While a court date has been set for the political corruption retrial of ex-Governor Rod Blagojevich, it's still unclear who will represent him in court.

When the retrial begins in January, Blagojevich could have some familiar faces at his defense table or not.

Speaking with reporters after court Thursday, Blagojevich attorney Sam Adam Sr. said he would do anything his client wanted him to, including staying on the case. But Adam wouldn't say if he would stay or not. He also said it may be better for the ousted governor to have new attorneys. "Sometimes a brand new look by brand new lawyers is the best thing for him," Adam said. "I'm not saying it is but we'll see."

Either way, Judge James B. Zagel has said that taxpayer dollars would be used to fund only two attorneys. After questions from the defense team, Zagel added that he would allow additional attorneys if they wanted to work for free.
