Knox County Sheriff's Department and Illinois State Police responded to a single vehicle accident killing two shortly before nine Wednesday morning.

The crash occurred at 650 Knox Road 1850 North. Initial evidence shows the driver lost control causing the vehicle to enter a ditch and roll over twice.

One victim was ejected 75 feet from the vehicle, while the other was partially ejected.

The Knox County Coroner's Office pronounced both victims dead at the scene.

Police units have been unable to identify the two victims at this time.
