Warren County Man Faces Felony Child Porn Charges
A federal grand jury has indicted a Warren County man on charges accusing him of taking photographs of child pornography, and of having such images on his computer.

The U.S. Attorney's Office says a grand jury Wednesday filed charges against 29 year old Ronald Seiver, accusing him of Sexual Exploitation of a Child, and Possession of Child Pornography.

Prosecutors allege Customs and Homeland Security officials were first tipped off to the Roseville resident earlier this year through authorities in Canada, after some allegedly pornographic pictures were posted on a website.

Prosecutors say they identified Seiver as the subscriber of the website, and authorities searched his home on August 24th.

That turned up, they say, images of suspected child porn on his computer, which included images he allegedly took. Seiver, prosecutors say, was arrested that day and has been in the custody of U.S. Marshalls ever since.

If convicted in court, Seiver could receive as much as 30 years in prison on the sexual exploitation charge, and another 10 years on the child pornography charge.
