Car Lands in Cedar Fork
A Galesburg woman is okay after her car ended up upside down in Cedar Fork Tuesday afternoon.

Galesburg Police say officers, fire, and ambulance all were called to the area of the fork near the West Main Street railroad crossing around 1pm Tuesday, after 90-year old Roma Most's car ended up in the fork.

Police say Most was trying to leave the parking lot of the nearby Midwest Bank of Western Illinois branch when she went in reverse instead of forward, and landed in the creek.

Fire officials were able to rescue Most from her vehicle. She was taken to a local hospital but was treated and released.

A tow truck was called in to get Most's vehicle out of the creek.
