Half-way To A Full Jury In The Sheley Case
There may be a jury seated by Tuesday in the trial of accused spree killer Nicholas Sheley after all.

Four more people were selected to serve on the jury Friday morning in Knox County Circuit Court, bring to eight the number of jurors picked to serve on the panel, and they've taken their oaths.

Among the new four are two men and two women.

That now leaves 8 more jurors that need to be picked in order to have a full panel of 12 jurors and four alternates.

Sheley remains accused of killing 65-year old Ronald Randall in late-June of 2008, part of a suspected two-state killing spree that left five-people dead in Rock Falls, and an Arkansas couple dead in Missouri.

Judge James Stewart has suggested he wanted a jury seated Tuesday in order to start hearing a potential six-week trial.

Jury questioning as gone much quicker the past couple days the first couple.
