Sheley Jury Selection Continues Tuesday
Testimony didn't begin first thing like the judge had hoped, but the trial of accused spree killer Nicholas Sheley will continue Tuesday nonetheless.

After a holiday weekend break, jury selection will continue in the case. Eight jurors have been selected so far -- six men and two women. Eight more jurors are needed -- making for a total of 12 jurors and four alternates.

Sheley faces a dozen murder and other felony charges for the death of 65-year old Ronald Randall. Jury selection started slow last week and picked up as the hours went on. Both prosecutors and defense attorney Jeremy Karlin have been accused of muddying the process, and asking leading questions.

Many prospective jurors -- and some who have been sworn in -- have said they've heard of, or have some knowledge of, the case.

One juror that was dismissed said she had no knowledge whatsoever of the case.

Testimony should begin this week, but it's not clear when.
